Nikki Faris is member of Berkeley Capital Advisors' West Coast Team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investments nationwide. With a focus on Quick Service Restaurants, she has worked with both landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and restructuring, business sales consulting, sale-leasebacks, repositioning vacant or dark stores, and portfolio sales. Her transparent, candid approach to investment strategy has helped build long term relationships and is highly revered by her clients. Nikki graduated with honors from Oregon State University’s school of Business and was a top performer on their Division 1 women’s soccer team. She lives with her fiancé in Newport Beach, CA and enjoys traveling, hiking, and running in her free time.
