Matt Sagehorn joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2025 and specializes in the underwriting and sale of net lease medical properties. Before joining Berkeley, he spent more than a decade in the healthcare industry as a sales executive, working with leading medical device and health technology companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he also served as captain of the university’s national championship-winning water polo team. Outside the office, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, spending time with his family at the beach, and playing golf. Born and raised in Southern California, he now calls Charlotte home with his wife and three kids.
