Jack Shohfi joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2026 as an Associate and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets in the Southeast. Jack graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Commercial Real Estate. Jack is a Chapel Hill, NC, native and enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and watching Tar Heel basketball.
