Ransome Foose joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2012 and is a member of the single tenant net lease team. Since joining Berkeley, Ransome has been a part of closing 750 separate transactions with $2.3 billion in sales volume and helped oversee Berkeley’s opening of the West Coast office. Prior to joining Berkeley, he worked at Banc of America Securities where over the course of eight years was promoted to Vice President. Ransome is on the Real Estate advisory board for Truliant Federal Credit Union, is serving as co-chair of the Hope is Here capital campaign at Myers Park UMC and was on the Board of Directors for the Dowd YMCA. Ransome resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors.
