Ben Joyner joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2025 as an associate specializing in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets across the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Ben was part of the Capital Markets team at Affinius Capital, where he contributed to over $4 billion in loan closings. Ben graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Commercial Real Estate and minoring in Urban Planning. Ben is a native of Charlotte, NC, and enjoys traveling to national parks, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
