Austin Blake joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2026 as an Associate and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets in the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Austin worked at EDENS, where he supported retail investment management across the East Coast. Austin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Political Science. Austin is a Charlotte, NC, native and enjoys working out, being involved in the local church, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
