Berkeley Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Walton as Team Lead, Street Retail Practice.
After nearly a decade at BCA, Will Walton has been promoted to lead our company’s Street Retail practice—a division that focuses on smaller-format, convenience/visibility-oriented, food and service centers.
Will has been an integral part of Berkeley Capital Advisors since 2015 and brings deep experience in the sale of shopping centers, mixed-use assets, and developments throughout the Southeast. Gus Bowen will also continue in his position of Director on the Street Retail team, where he has sat for five years.
