Berkeley Capital Advisors successfully arranged the forward-commitment sale of Clear Creek Crossings, a new construction Publix-anchored shopping center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project includes approximately 10,000 square feet of small-shop retail and three outparcels anchored by Chase Bank, Whataburger, and Heartland Dental. The all-cash transaction was executed more than six months prior to Publix opening for business. Despite the early-stage nature of the sale, top-of-market, premium pricing was achieved, underscoring strong investor confidence in grocery-anchored retail and well-located neighborhood centers within the Charlotte MSA.
