Brendan Raney joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2023, specializing in car wash investment sales and sale leasebacks. Prior to Berkeley, Brendan was a Senior Development Associate at STG Capital Partners, a private development firm focused on express car washes. Prior to STG, Brendan was a partner at Prospect Partners, sourcing and closing $25MM+ of multifamily assets in South Florida. Brendan began his career spending 4.5 years in private equity real estate at DivcoWest Real Estate, working in acquisitions and asset management of office, multifamily, industrial, and R&D assets.
