SUBMARKET OVERVIEW

The northern section of Highway 66 connects Winston-Salem with several residential communities north of town, and between the towns of Walkertown and King, recent road improvements has improved accessibility of this area to employment centers throughtout north Winston-Salem region. In addition to the internal growth within King, Forsyth County is also taking steps to extend utilities to serve north and northeast King, which will further expand residential growth to the area.
